I’ve been coming to Permanence for years and honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. My electrolysis journey here has been life-changing. Before this, I spent years doing laser treatments and never achieved permanent results. It felt like an endless cycle of appointments every few weeks. Electrolysis at Permanence has been completely different. Now that I’ve come so far with my treatments, I barely even think about it anymore, which is such an incredible relief. A huge thank you to Egle, who I’ve been seeing since the very beginning. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. Incredibly thorough, professional, and always so considerate of my comfort during treatments. Over the years she’s also become a true friend, and I genuinely look forward to our appointments and chats (even though I barely see her anymore these days, which really is a testament to how effective her work is!). If you’re considering electrolysis, I can’t recommend Egle and the team at Permanence enough. They truly change lives.

I had a great experience with Minh for my treatments. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and makes you feel completely at ease. Hallelujah! Finally my hideous, thick, spikey blond chin hairs have gone for good. I had tried everything in the past to be rid of these embarrasing hairs to no avail. I felt like everyone was looking at my chin. I would cover my chin with my hand if talking up close to someone and make sure the sunlight wasnt shining on my face to highlight the hairs. Sceptically I finally Permanence a try. Thank god I did! I am now free of my hairs and have gained a new confidence. I no longer feel like Im beind stared at or judged I cant thank the amazing team at Permanece enough!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone is so kind and you feel welcome. There are zero judgements and I always enjoy coming in. Egle has been great with me and I can definitely start to see some results. It does take a while but it's worth it!

Maria is amazing! Not a single stubborn hair could escape her. I wish I tried this sooner instead of wasting money on Lazer (which seems to actually cause hair growth on the face). The more treatments you have the less painful it is. 100% worth it!

i’ve been coming to noriko since november 2024, and have consistently had great results and good experiences. she is very careful and gentle, and always makes sure that you’re comfortable, checking in multiple times during the session. she is very friendly and knowledgeable, and will let you go at your own pace. i’ve always felt that she has kept the inherent pain and discomfort of electrolysis to an absolute minimum because she’s so skilled. she has taken me from being insecure about pcos hirsutism to not having to think about it at all until my next appointment, and that is something worth more than what you pay for electrolysis. i would absolutely recommend permanence city, and i would 1000% recommend noriko. thank you for everything, noriko + permanence city!

Val is my best kept secret! She is amazing, her technical skill is outstanding, very kind & considerate flavoured with a sense of humour.

Could not recommend enough - the most caring, friendly and beautiful staff that do everything to make you feel comfortable and looked after. Egle is truly so gentle, kind and patient, I always look forward to seeing her and am so grateful for how well she has looked after me. Permanence is extremely worthwhile although the process requires patience, but their the amazing staff make the experience all the more valuable!

Recently had an appointment with Egle and it was truly the best experience. She was kind and the experience was truly pain free. I have been coming over the years for different areas and the ones that have been treated are 100 percent hair free and have never grown back over the years.

This is an amazing service! I wish I had done it when I was young, but then, it's never too late! Maria is a wonderful provider. She is warm, compassionate, meticulous and kind, with a heart of molten gold. She has amazing depths to her soul. This makes the procedure easier and the visit a joy.

I have been going to Permanence Hair for Life for a few months now and I am so incredibly happy with the results . But what makes this place so special is the staff. I have seen Maria twice now and although the experience is somewhat uncomfortable Maria takes good care. she is very professional but also so gentle and comforting . Hi Minh. Great experience with my appointment. The use of the neck roll and shielding the light after removing the eye protection was considerate and contributed to the overall experience.

I cannot praise Permanence enough!! Maria is my go to angel, gentle in every way and so fabulous at what she does. Throw in a wonderful nature and you have the perfect result.

I highly recommend Egle and Minh… they’re incredibly diligent, genuinely caring, and manage to make a somewhat painful process definitely more tolerable!

I started seeing results after about 3 sessions every 2 weeks. Then went in once a month, then once a year. It’s worked super well for me and am amazed that this isn’t something I have to think about anymore. Highly recommend.
